A Good Hiding Spot

I try to tuck my emotions under the ocean waves. But the waves keep casting them back onto the shore. Can the oceans not contain my sorrows?

I try to catapult my sorrows to the skies, thinking that it'll land safely on a cloud and get carried away to a distance. But the rains return my sorrows to my doorstep.

Where do I hide my sorrows? Or rather, where do I hide away from my sorrows? Do I hide it under Your wings? Or continue trying to bury it in the ocean floor?

But I know that the ocean and clouds are never going to keep my sorrows because it doesn't belong there. And I can't cast it on people as it doesn't belong there either.

So shall I cast my burdens on You? Will You lock it away safely, so that I won't have to see them ever again?
